5. Payment

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards through a secure, 3-D Secure-enabled payment page. We do not store your card details at any point during or after the transaction. By submitting your payment, you authorise the corresponding charge to your card.

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters or carrier disruptions. We will notify you promptly of any significant delay.

You may return any item within 60 days from the date of delivery, for any reason, including a change of mind. To initiate a return, contact us via email or the contact form during customer service hours. We will arrange pickup at no cost to you. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days from the date we receive the returned item in our possession.

8. Warranty and Defective Items

Defective items are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty. In addition, your rights under the implied warranty provisions of Republic Act No. 7394 (the Consumer Act of the Philippines) apply in full. Where an item proves defective, you are entitled to free repair, replacement, or a full refund, as appropriate.
