30-day price guarantee
If the same product drops in price on cwylife.com within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference.
Conditions
- Prices are compared only with the price on cwylife.com for the same product (same model and reference). We do not compare prices from other shops.
- Period: 30 calendar days from the date of your order.
- One claim per order.
- For purchases by private customers, up to 2 units per product.
- The difference is calculated based on the price you actually paid for the product (if you used a promotional code, on the amount paid after the discount).
Does not apply to
- Services: installation and set-up (₱1,999), delivery into your home on any floor (free), and haul-away and recycling of your old dishwasher (free).
- Reductions consisting only of a promotional code; the product price shown on the website is compared.
- Typographical errors or obvious pricing errors.
- Products you have already returned.
How to claim
Send us an email at info@cwylife.com, use the contact form or the chat, and provide us with the order number, the product, the date you saw the new price, and the price you saw on our website.
Refund of the difference
Once your claim is confirmed, we will refund the difference to the card used to pay for the order, normally within up to 5 working days.
