1. Optional Services with Your Dishwasher

All services are optional: you can choose one, several, or none. They are only added to your order if you tick them on the product page before clicking "Add to Basket"; none are ticked by default. They appear as separate lines in your basket and order, and you can remove them from the basket before paying.

Delivery into Your Home (Any Floor) · Free

Your dishwasher is carried into your home, to any floor, with or without a lift, and left in the room you indicate — usually the kitchen. Delivery is free nationwide and arrives in 2–3 business days.

Haul-Away and Recycling of Your Old Dishwasher · Free

Your old dishwasher is collected at the time of delivery or, if you have also chosen installation, during the installer's visit, and brought to an authorised collection point for proper recycling in accordance with waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) regulations. If you have not chosen installation, the old appliance must be disconnected from the water supply, drain, and power outlet before collection.

Installation and Set-Up · ₱1,999

An authorised installer from our network installs your dishwasher on the day of delivery or within 24–48 hours of delivery; we coordinate the visit and will get in touch with you beforehand to agree on a day and time slot. One price for all dishwashers (freestanding, countertop, and integrated): ₱1,999, all-in. For integrated dishwashers, this also covers fitting into the prepared cabinet space and mounting the door panel. Everything that is and is not included is described under Installation and Fitting.

3. General Terms

• Delivery is free on all orders, nationwide, in 2–3 business days. Returns are accepted within 60 days. The only paid service is installation (₱1,999, all-in), and only if you select it.
