Every YLife dishwasher order qualifies for FREE delivery nationwide, with no minimum purchase required and absolutely no extra charges collected at the point of delivery. Whether your address is in Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao, our logistics partners will bring your appliance directly to you. All prices displayed on cwylife.com are already inclusive of 12% VAT, so the amount you see at checkout is the exact amount you pay — nothing more.

Order Processing and Confirmation

Once you complete your purchase, our team reviews and confirms your order within one business day. You will receive an order confirmation by email at the address you provided during checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if the message does not appear in your inbox within a few hours. Your delivery window begins from the date of that confirmation, not from the date of payment.

Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Philippine public holidays. While we work closely with our couriers to meet this window consistently, occasional delays caused by weather disturbances, typhoons, or force majeure events may affect certain areas, particularly in Visayas and Mindanao. We will notify you promptly should any such situation arise.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched. You may use that link to follow your delivery in real time. For any tracking concerns, please reach out to us at info@cwylife.com or through the contact form on our website. Our customer service team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Large Appliance Delivery

Dishwashers are large appliances and are delivered to your door or ground floor only. Our courier will assist in bringing the item to the entrance of your home or to the ground-floor level of your building. Carrying the unit to upper floors, unpacking, or installation is not included in the standard delivery service and must be arranged separately by the customer.

What to Check Upon Delivery

Before signing any delivery receipt, please inspect the outer packaging carefully. Check for the following:

• Visible dents, tears, or crushing on the box
• Signs of moisture or water damage
• Any indication that the package has been opened or resealed

If the parcel appears damaged, do not sign the delivery receipt unconditionally. Note the damage on the receipt in the presence of the courier, take clear photographs, and contact us immediately at info@cwylife.com. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection, depending on the logistics partner assigned to your area. To avoid delays, please ensure that your contact number and delivery address are accurate at the time of checkout. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional delivery fees may apply for subsequent attempts.
